Level One Service £30.00

Recommended every 3 to 6 months, depending on use

Suitable for bikes whose systems are out of adjustment, or for riders who just want the re-assurance of a regular check over. You will gain peace of mind knowing that your gears are running smoothly, your tyres are safe, and that your brakes are in full working order.

As well as checking your brakes & gears, we will make sure that the torque is correct on all bolts, and that everything is lubed up and safe to ride.

Our mechanic will highlight any obvious problems that would fall outside the scope of the Level One Service when you check your bike in. We will also advise you if during the service, we find any parts that ought to be replaced, and gain your agreement before any further work is carried out. The price of any new parts fitted will be added on to the price of the Stage One Service, except for inner cables which are provided free of charge.

Level Two Service £50.00

Recommended every 12 months, depending on use

We recommend this Level Two Service for bikes whose systems need a lot of adjustment and who may require a number of key parts replacing.

The work that we carry out is detailed below, in addition the fitting of all the common consumables such as tyres, tubes, wheels, control cables, brake pads, chain, rear sprockets is included, you only pay for parts. We also strip and re-grease the headset and true the wheels, as well as carrying out a general health check on the whole bike.

Level Two does not include the overhaul of any internal assemblies on the bike such as hub gears, hub bearings and suspension forks. These are charged extra at the full labour rate. If you do need any additional internal work then consider a Level Three Service

Level Three Service £95.00

Recommended every 12 to 18 months, depending on use

The Level Three Service is our most comprehensive service package. If you ride every day, we recommend that you treat your bike to this full package. Similarly, if maintenance has been minimal over the years, or you have left your bike in the shed for a long period of time, we will make your bike ride like new again

For this we strip down the whole bike, clean everything, replace worn or damaged parts and reassemble, lubricating as we go along. The Level Three is fully comprehensive, which means we delve right inside the machine including wheel and headset bearings, hub gear or suspension systems on specific bikes.

Our mechanic will discuss with you all the various options when you drop your bike off, and explain the cost of any new parts required, and that are not included in the Level Three price, though all labour for the fitting of any parts will be free of charge.

The Level Three Service comes with a 6 month guarantee on the work carried out, and a one year warranty on new parts fitted.
